Upgrade your body for piste (or off piste) season 💪
I am looking for 6 motivated snow fun enthusiasts who want to feel their best in the snow from day one. Enjoy more performance and fun and less pain when you get on the slopes.
Mobility, stability and movement quality are at the centre stage of this conditioning program. We are only as strong as the weakest link in our biomechanical chain. We will identify weak links and we will optimise movement in the key patterns essential to our ski/snowboard performance.
Most importantly, we will understand how to structure our training to maximise benefits and avoid common injuries.
Our goal is to feel stable and strong from the first day on the piste.
This workshop is suitable for any adult generally considered healthy. Make sure to inform me about any current injuries or health concerns which you are aware of before we begin training. This way we can decide together how this class may benefit you.
Workshop sessions will take place on Thursdays, from17.00 until 18.00
We start on 18th January and finish February 1st.

Athletic Development Programme – My long running conditioning programme for athletes from all walks of life. The aim of this course is to help you structure your training while teaching you about the foundations of proper exercise technique, Core stability and many nutrition and lifestyle factors important to a successful conditioning programme. We train on Wednesdays at 18.00. – 2 places open, get in touch to book a test session

Back strong and pain free – 4 week program for everyone. Particularly for people with history of back pain and anyone looking for solutions to injuries which just won’t go away.
Starting on October 24th. Wake up dormant muscles, become more stable and improve strength. Better understand the essential body mechanics and why they are malfunctioning. Learn how to effectively condition your CORE and back muscles to effortlessly meet the challenges of daily life or sports training.
